Take notice that on 11 July 2008, an application for putting Affinity Car Rental Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 25 August 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is BMW Financial Services New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of George Bogiatto, Solicitor, Level 1, West Plaza Building,
3 Albert Street, Auckland.
