Take notice that on 14 January 2008, an application for the winding up of Casino Park Lodge Motel (1997) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on Tuesday, 5 February 2008 at 2.15pm.
