Take notice that on 22 November 2007, an application for putting White Isle Development Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price, joint liquidators of First Light Construction Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
