Take notice that on 27 November 2007, an application for putting New Zealand Motel Federation Inc into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 7 February 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
