Take notice that on 2 July 2008, an application for putting Infoscreens Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 20 August 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Connect New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Martelli McKegg Wells & Cormack, Level 20, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 5745, Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP 24036, Auckland; or
(c) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (09) 309 4112.
