Take notice that on 7 July 2008, an application for putting Highline Roofing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 8 September 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Metalcraft Engineering Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of their solicitors, Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
