Take notice that on 20 June 2008, an application for putting Tasman Action Group Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on 6 August 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant society, who wishes
to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Inglis Horticulture Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hamish.Fletcher Lawyers, Level 2, 190 Trafalger Street (PO Box 1673), Nelson.
