Take notice that on 22 April 2008, an application for putting TSD Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 25 July 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Meta NZ Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch (Attention: Olly Peers).
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 20307, Christchurch.
