Take notice that on 24 June 2008, an application to put Global Computers Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 24 October 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second day before that day.
