Take notice that on 20 June 2008, an application for putting Sensation Yachts Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 11 July 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Darby Maritime Limited, whose registered office is Athenian Group (CI) Ltd, Cayman Business
Park A-7, PO Box 10300APO, Island of Grand Cayman. The plaintiff’s address for service is at the offices of Russell McVeagh, Level 30, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitors.
