Take notice that on 11 October 2007, an application for putting DASA Orchards Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 11 February 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Swarbrick Dixon, Barristers and Solicitors, whose address for service is at the offices of Swarbrick Dixon, 4th Floor, Vero Building, 127 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit and further particulars may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
