Take notice that on 10 June 2008, an application for putting Baileys Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on 9 July 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Edward Paul McNabb, Ross Hannay McKechnie, Nicholas Burley and Simon Everest England, practising as Hunter Ralfe Lawyers, whose address for service is 279 Hardy Street, Nelson.
