Take notice that on Friday, 16 May 2008, an application for putting Divco Steel Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 2 July 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Maruonz D & C Limited, whose registered office address is Unit 6, 11 Orbit Drive, Albany, Auckland and its address for service is at the offices of Brookfields, Lawyers, 11th Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland.
