Take notice that on 10 April 2008, an application for putting Casa Mia Ristorante Italiano Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 30 June 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Christos Tamvakis, whose address for service is The Law Store, Level 7, 14 Hartham Place South, Guardian Healthcare Building, Porirua City.
