Take notice that on 6 December 2007, an application for putting Stealth Solutions Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Tuesday, 5 February 2008 at 10.00am.

that day.
