Take notice that on 2 May 2008, an application for
putting Zenith Contracts Limited (also known as
Zenith Contractors Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Tuesday, 5 August 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
