Take notice that on Friday, 16 November 2007, an application for putting Elite Building Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 24 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Temperzone Limited, whose address is
38 Tidal Road, Mangere, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the offices of Brookfields, Lawyers, 2nd Floor, 3 Osterley Way, Manukau City.
