Take notice that on 3 May 2008, an application for putting Cornhill Builders Taupo Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 16 June 2008 at 10.45am.
Any other person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Carters (a division of Carter Holt Harvey Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there as suppliers of building materials, whose address for service is at the offices of Edmund Lawler & Associates, PO Box
25931, St Heliers, Auckland.
