Take notice that on 2 November 2007, an application for putting WVC 2004 Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Tuesday, 29 January 2008 at 10.45am.
