Take notice that on 19 March 2008, an application for putting Nor-Western Cook Islands Taokotai Incorporated into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 27 June 2008 at 10.00am.
