Take notice that on 1 April 2008, an application for putting Azusa Street Limited (trading as Azusa Street Trusts) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on 3 June 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
