Take notice that on 28 November 2007, an application for putting Fox & Fox Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 4 February 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Heli Harvest Limited, whose address for service is Le Pine & Co, corner of Paora Hapi and Gascoigne Streets (PO Box 140 or DX KP 37001), Taupo.
