Take notice that on 13 December 2007, an application for the winding up of Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre N.Z. Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 7 May 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Elaine Katavich, whose address for service is at the offices of S. W. Greer, Arandee Chambers, Level 2, 108 Rockfield Road, Penrose, Auckland.
