Take notice that on 11 April 2008, an application for the liquidation of Eco Panel Construction Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 12 May 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Sure Construction Limited (in liquidation), a duly incorporated company of Christchurch, whose address for service is at the offices of Clark Boyce, Level 1, 104 Victoria Street (PO Box 13259), Christchurch.
