Take notice that on Monday, 29 October 2007, an application for putting Trafalgar Motors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Nelson.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Nelson on Thursday, 24 January 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Kana Trading Co. Limited, whose
