Take notice that on 15 February 2008, an application for the winding up of Doctor Global Limited by the High Court at was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on 13 May 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
