Take notice that on 4 March 2008, an application for putting B Q Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 14 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Blue Pacific Seafoods Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 9, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
