Take notice that on 12 September 2005, an application for putting Monte Cecilia House Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 11 July 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
