Take notice that on 29 November 2007, an application for putting Shire Developments No 4 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 24 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ross Bush and Suzanne Bush (trading as R & S Bush), whose address for service is at the offices of R. A. Fraser & Associates, Solicitors, Level 2, 151 Worcester Street (PO Box 163), Christchurch.
