Take notice that on 3 December 2007, an application for putting Jed Rice Building Contractors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 9 April 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Mertsi Spencer, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre,
48 Shortland Street, Auckland (Attention: B. A. Ng).
