Take notice that on 22 February 2008, an application for
an order, under the Companies Act 1993, that Starlight Yachting Limited be put into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, 7 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
