Take notice that on 25 February 2008, an application for putting Advantage Power Systems Limited (formerly Motorpol Australasia Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 30 May 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Christopher Robert Ross Horton and John Albert Price, joint liquidators of First Light Construction Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), and First Light Construction Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
