Take notice that on 28 February 2008, an application for
the winding up of Carbonara Enterprises Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Tuesday, 1 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The substituted plaintiffs are Kevin John McFadden and Geraldine Elizabeth McFadden (as trustees of the Tyrladen Trust), whose address for service is at the offices of Whitlock & Co., Barristers & Solicitors, Unit N, 44–46 Constellation Drive, Mairangi Bay, Auckland.
