Take notice that on 5 October 2007, an application for putting K Road 340 Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 6 March 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Bayleys Real Estate Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
