Take notice that on 24 January 2008, an application for putting Central Otago House Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Thursday, 27 March 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Fulton Hogan Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 11 Main Road, Fairfield, Dunedin, whose address for service is at the offices of Russell Cassidy, Lawyer, 3rd Floor, corner of Moray Place and Princes Street, Dunedin.
