Take notice that on 15 January 2008, an application for putting Te Korowai o Te Arohanoa Incorporated (formerly Te Korowai Aroha Mo Ngati Awa Incorporated) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, 10 March 2008 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
