Pursuant to section 30F of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“the Commission”) gives public notice that it has given written notice to Vodafone New Zealand Limited requiring it to submit a standard
terms proposal in respect of the specified service
described as “Co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites” (“the Mobile Co-location Service”).
According to the notice, Vodafone must submit to the Commission a standard terms proposal in respect of
the Mobile Co-location Service by 5.00pm on Monday,
28 April 2008.
