Notice of Authorisations for the Supply of Controlled Natural Gas Services by Powerco Limited and Vector Limited
(Commerce Commission Decisions Nos: 656 and 657)
Pursuant to section 70B(6) of the Commerce Act 1986 (as continued in force by section 55G of that Act), the Commerce Commission hereby gives notice that it has made the following authorisations under section 70 of the Commerce Act 1986 (as so continued):
(a) the Commerce Act (Powerco Natural Gas Services) Authorisation 2008; and
(b) the Commerce Act (Vector Natural Gas Services) Authorisation 2008.
The authorisations authorise the supply of controlled services (as described in the Schedule of the Commerce (Control of Natural Gas Services) Order 2005, as amended by the Commerce (Control of Natural Gas Services) Amendment Order 2005) by Powerco Limited and Vector Limited on the terms specified in the authorisation applicable to each company.
Each authorisation comes into force on the day after the date on which this Notice is published in the New Zealand Gazette.
