On 17 December 2008, the Commerce Commission
("Commission"), pursuant to clause 12(3) of Part 1
of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 2001
("the Act"), revoked the approved Code for Co-location
of Radiocommunications Services Regulated under the
Act ("the Co-location Code").
Pursuant to clause 16 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Act,
the Commission gives public notice of revocation of the
Co-location Code.
