Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the
New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives
the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. This notice may be cited as the Auckland City Central Fire District Abolition Notice, December 2008.
2. This notice shall come into force on 18 December 2008.
3. This notice abolishes the Auckland City Central Fire District and revokes any previous fire district notices pertaining to the Auckland City Central Fire District.
