Pursuant to section 30D of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has decided, under section 30C of the Act, to initiate a standard terms development process for the designated access service described as “Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network in respect of distribution cabinets”.
