On 14 November 2008, the Commerce Commission
("the Commission"), pursuant to section 92(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 ("the Act"), prepared a draft TSO cost calculation determination of the matters set out
in section 93A of the Act, for the TSO instrument for telecommunications relay services for the hearing impaired, for the period between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2008.
Pursuant to section 92(b) of the Act, the commission gives public notice of its draft determination.

The commission gives public notice that the closing date for submissions on its draft determination is 5 December 2008.
