Pursuant to section 79 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority gives notice that an application has been made for approval of the Code of Practice for Transit Depots.
This code has been developed by the Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Federation of New Zealand Incorporated and sets out a means of compliance with the requirements for transit depots.
