Pursuant to section 44(3) of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Responsible Minister hereby gives notice that the Controller and Auditor-General has published its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2008, containing its
annual report pursuant to section 37 of the Public Audit
Act 2001, its audited financial statements and its audit report for the year.
