Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of Land Transport Rule:
Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“the Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Director of Land Transport, I, Bruce Hamilton Currie, Senior Vehicle Engineer, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule
of this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
Schedule: The brake testing device to be approved
Make: Shenzhen Cosber Industrial Co. Ltd.
Model: Cosber KZD-3 series of roller brake testing machines.
