into force on 9 October 2008:

Part 12–Accidents, Incidents and Statistics, Amendment 3 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/3)
Part 19–Transition Rules, Amendment 13 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/3)
Part 108–Air Operator Security Programme, Amendment 8 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/3)
Part 109–Regulated Air Cargo Agent – Certification, Initial issue (CAA Docket 4/CAR/3)
