Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996, the Environmental Risk Management Authority hereby determines that non-genetically modified cell lines derived from
Chlorocebus aethiops (Linnaeus, 1758); synonym Cercopithecus aethiops
are not new organisms.
