Pursuant to section 30D of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has decided, under section 30C
of the Act, to initiate a standard terms development process for the designated access service described as “Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network co-location in respect of distribution cabinets”.
Under section 30C(2) of the Act, the Commission is satisfied that the applicable condition in relation to the service has been met as a standard terms development process was initiated under subpart 2A of Part 2 in respect of Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network (distribution cabinet) on 19 December 2007.
