In the notice with the above heading published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 3 July 2008, No. 110, page 2872, please replace subclause 4(b)(i) with
“4(b)(i) at its discretion, set or endeavour to set the reserve requirement to one of the settings specified in paragraph (c) below that the system operator considers is appropriate to the power system conditions at the time; and”
