Pursuant to section 30M of the Telecommunications Act 2001, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has released its final determinations for Telecom’s unbundled copper local loop network backhaul (telephone exchange to interconnect point) and Telecom’s unbundled bitstream access backhaul services.
